Tip #18: Uterine Polyps

Polyps can cause abnormal bleeding, heavier menstrual periods, miscarriage or infertility. They are usually removed by shaving them out of the uterus with a hysteroscopic approach (a telescope camera placed through the vagina and into the uterus). So, the recovery is rapid since there is no incision.
