May I drink Coffee?
Yes, while trying to conceive and during your pregnancy it is safe to have caffeine in moderation. One to two cups of caffeinated coffee, tea or cola are fine.
The American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology recommend limiting caffeine intake to 200 mg daily. The reason for this recommendation is because women who consumed higher amounts of caffeine had a higher risk of miscarriage and preterm labor during pregnancy.
