Ready to get pregnant?
Timing is important. How do you figure out when you are ovulating without making it too medical?
Count the number of days from the start of one period until the next. Ovulation should occur 12-14 days prior to the next menstrual period. In other words, if your menstrual cycle length is 30 days, you are probably ovulating on cycle day 16. Of course, this method only works if you have regular menstrual cycles. If you don’t, then you might not even be ovulating.
