Understanding your insurance benefits can be confusing and stressful, so we will help you navigate this process. When scheduling your initial consultation with Dr. Miller, our benefits specialist will determine how your insurance will help to provide coverage for the services you may need.
If we participate with your insurance plan you will be informed of the co-pay. If you do not have insurance or we do not participate with your carrier, we will tell you what the cost of the consultation will be before your visit.
Payment is expected at the time of your appointment. Any questions about your bill will be answered by our benefits specialist.

If we do not participate with your insurance, we will provide you with a copy of your paid bill. You will be able to submit this bill directly to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your specific plan’s fertility coverage.
Self Pay
A financial consultation will be provided to all Women’s Fertility Center patients who do not have insurance coverage for evaluation, management or fertility treatments. Our financial coordinator will guide you through a variety of options so that you can begin your treatment without delay. Patient financing is available.
